Tuesday-one class in the afternoon, and another at eight. I stayed on campus from around eleven o’clock in the morning until well after the evening class had finished. I was well boosted by a shot of vanilla laced café latte taken in the afternoon. Consequently, it was well past midnight before I was asleep.
I stayed late because J, the guy working with me to plan the peace poetry event, dropped by around nine to talk about promotions. We decided to make up a poster right there and then since the big day is only five days away. I have a printer with coloured ink, so we were able to print out a few copies for immediate distribution. It looks really nice, with my photo of the river delta, and a borrowed photo of a cat sunning in a windowsill. We have a Korean translation of the event info, too.
I ran into my long lost “niece”, DJ. She is okay. We had a nice time catching up while sitting in the square outdoors, before she paid a short visit to the office. We got down to some woman-to-woman talk becauseshe was talking about her boyfriend, a Cannuck from a rich family, and seeking advice.
