A Year of Living Positively-Day 316

Y talked to me. She is feeling down these days and she wants to go back to Canada if she can find a financial solution to make it happen. Also, she is worried about two things: one is her friend’s health, and the other is her own health.

Y revealed something. Yesterday, she blurted out a fact about her history. She had a malignant growth surgically removed four years ago.

These days, she is feeling some pressure in her head where the tumor used to be. Not good. I advised her to go get it checked ASAP. It turns out that she never had any follow-up examination. I offered to escort her to a medical center and get it checked today, but she is procrastinating. We set a date to go on Thursday, instead.

Personally, I prefer to stay home. I had to go shopping for food again. Then there was laundry to do, of course. I feel tired though I slept around eight hours. I did wake up at least twice with a strong desire to urinate. That happens a lot lately, probably because I’ve been drinking mulberry leaf tea in the evening, which must be a diuretic.
