A Year of Living Positively-Day 270

It is only 5:40 in the afternoon, yet I have already eaten dinner. That is because of two reasons: I was extra hungry this afternoon, and; I have to go back to work and teach a class at eight o’clock. I had tofu and fake crab with brown rice mixed with eggplant, sweet potato, yellow bell pepper, cilantro and onion. I will probably still need a snack after work.

I made a big payment on my new property. With a record of the deposit on file at the bank, transferring funds today was a piece of cake. Hey, it is always easy spending a lot of money.

My sleep was disturbed by two mosquitos, the second one of which I could not catch. I must have received around 10 bites. There was the usual racket with loud engines and loud voices heard from the street. Also, thumper who lives above me was thumping around; he seemed to be doing a major cleaning by the sounds of it. I heard the vacuum cleaner and its nozzle scraping the floor, plus the moving of heavy furniture and such for about an hour sometime after midnight.

I therefore feel really tired from lack of sleep. I wish I did not have to go back up the hill and work tonight.
